Nice breakfast and helpful hosts. However, room was a bit small for our two large bags.

Great location within walking distance to the city.
I had numerous issues during my stay. The broadband connection was horrendous. it was slow even after the hosts attempted to reset the routers. Additionally, there were no amenities like air conditioning, which was certainly needed. I was disappointed not to find breakfast included considering the price paid, and there was hardly anyone at the front desk when I needed assistance.

cozy, cozy, cozy
I stayed in a King or Twin Room for 4 nights, and it was such a delightful experience! The view of the lake from my room was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean. The super friendly lady at reception made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
recommend 😊❤️

It was just a fitting option for a brief stopover in Queenstown with high value for money. The breakfast options were decent, although the bacon part was quite small. Bring toiletries you like, as they might not replenish what you need.

We appreciated the great location, which was just a short walk to the city center. The room had a lovely mountain view, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing for restful nights. The host was incredibly friendly and provided excellent travel recommendations. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning.
However, the lack of amenities like an indoor pool or spa was disappointing.

A lovely and cozy getaway with stunning lake views from the room and balcony. The breakfast included was excellent, featuring grilled vegetables that added a fresh touch. While the parking was a bonus, finding consistent Wi-Fi proved difficult, and the area had some noise from nearby traffic. Overall, a memorable stay thanks to the attentive service and pristine cleanliness of the property.
