Nice breakfast and helpful hosts. Room was a bit small for our two large bags.

Great location within walking distance to the city.
I had numerous issues . The broadband connection was horrendous. It was slow even after the hosts attempted to reset the routers. There were no amenities like air conditioning, certainly needed. I was disappointed not to find breakfast included considering the price paid, and there was hardly anyone at the front desk when I needed assistance.

The rooms were well heated and modern, had smoke detectors for safety. There was a bathtub too. The service offered was friendly!

I stayed in a King or Twin Room for 4 nights, and it was such a good experience! The view of the lake from my room was fine. Everything was spotlessly clean. The super friendly lady at reception.

The location was particularly good for exploring this comfortable area, really close to shops and restaurants, Queenstown centre and lake and the hill. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lake Wakatipu...

It was just a fitting option for a brief stopover in Queenstown with high value for money. The breakfast options were decent, although the bacon part was quite small. Bring toiletries you like, as they might not replenish what you need.

Ensuites are bit too small.

Helpfulness of staff, especially Alex who helped us book alternate fly-cruise-fly arrangements when Real Journeys let us down at the last minute (equipment problems). Also preferred smaller size B&B (14+/- guests) to large, impersonal hotel.

We appreciated the great location, just a short walk to the city center. The room had a lovely mountain view, and the bed was soft and comfortable, great for restful nights. The host was friendly and provided excellent travel recommendations. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning.
The lack of amenities like an indoor pool or spa was disappointing.

location: the hotel was short walk to the downtown area, centre of queenstown and ben lomond. lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from erik's fish and chips, offering food to go. my room was new-fashioned & well heated and overlooked the lake.
